Swimming In Moonlight

After the waste of time tonight's rehearsal turned out to be, Jonathan was definitely looking forward to tonight's swim with the lovely Arwen. Hopefully she didn't get cold feet about meeting him tonight. It would be so very disappointing.

Night was slowly falling but there was plenty enough light from the stars and moon to make walking to the beach easy. He was ready for anything to happen tonight. He certainly knew what he wanted and from the hints and willingness to meet him here, Jonathan was quite certain the younger witch was just as eager.

Spreading out a blanket on the still sun warmed sand, Jonathan made himself comfortable. Underneath his jeans he had swim trunks and he didn't bother with socks. He took off his shirt and laid it on the towel. Hopefully Arwen won't be too long in showing up.

Arwen smiled as she was walking down the path to head towards the Beach. Tonight was the night that Jonathan asked her to swim with him in the water. After having had incident where rehearsal had been ruined it made her worry about if this would even work out completely. The sky seemed to be getting darker which meant that most likely they would not have anyone to come down and ruined it.

“Sorry If I am running a little late. Was working on trying to practice for the play in my room and lost track of time. Then I had to actually get changed into bathing suit for the swimming.” She was wearing a simple blue bikini type suit and a large shirt that her lighthouse pin was attached to for when finished. Arwen went to lay her towel down and sit on the blanket also. “Thanks for still wanting to do it.”

Jonathan watched as Arwen approached, hearing her moving across the sand to where he waited. Jonathan was quite certain he will like he would see once that shirt was off. He rose to his feet when she laid her towel down.

"I don't think you are late at all Arwen." He assures her. "You look quite fetching in bikini and shirt. Did you want to swim first or talk a little?"

Arwen felt the blush coming on when Jonathan stated that her outfit looked fetching. This was not something that happened on the time in complements section. She slowly moved to take off her top since even if they were going to talk first they would have to get out of clothes anyways.

“Well it great that you don’t believe in my lateness. You look really great also.” She was not sure what really to say since he will in jeans. “Either choice is fine with me; however if we swim first we can always cast a few spells on the towels and blankets to get warm and talk afterward.”

Jonathan's eyes swept over Arwen's body now that her shirt was off. Even though the bikini covered all the proper places there wasn't much left to the imagination. What he saw, he certainly appreciated. The librarian certainly was a looker. He decided it would be more comfortable for him to remove his jeans...they were rather tight in certain areas right now and his swim trunks more baggy in the right place.

"With that brilliant idea to heat our blankets, I think swimming first will be good." He decides, and quickly removed his jeans. Soon he was just in his swim trunks. He held out his hand to her. "Shall we walk to the water together, Arwen?"

She moved to look over his body as he decided to take off his jeans leaving him in only his trunks. He did seem to look great in his trunks. Arwen smiled a little as she grabbed his hand that was held out. “Sure we could go into the water together. Don’t you remember they were always telling us when learning to swim to have a buddy that watches your back?”

Arwen started to walk towards the water. She figured this was going to be one of those memories at school she would remember ever day of her life. “I glad you think it was a great idea. There are plenty of ideas that can come up with it given chance."

Jonathan squeezed her hand as she took his and started walking towards the water. "I can definitely think of plenty of ideas we could do now that we are here.'

Once he reached the edge of the water he strolled in, leading Arwen in after him. The water was cool, but not too cold. Jonathan rarely swam when he was home, New York City did have beaches but he rarely went to them. He spent most of his summers down in Sub-Terra where he worked to secure his future. At least when his father wasn't bugging him to spend some time in the shop. Jonathan continued into the water till he was waist deep then he turned to Arwen.

"Shall we take the plunge together, swimming buddy?" He grins playfully.

Arwen squeezed her hand back thinking on what was going on. “Don’t worry I sure that there are lots of
things out in the water we can do.” She went to splash him with free hand.

Following him into the water was great and already fun. Where she was from in Iowa they only were able to swim in pools most of the time. Arwen thought did not even do that as often because it was just not any fun with any friends around really. Most time she worked on trying to find out even more books in the library.

“Well swimming buddy, I think if we plunge together it would work out better.” She knew thought that she would see if he really did it before she did.

"Together then." He grinned, let her hand go and drove right into the water without hesitation. A few moments he surfaced and shook his hair to get the water out of it so it wouldn't drip into his eyes. Jonathan looked to see if Arwen had dived in too or just stood and watch him.

Arwen thought on it all and laughed since he actually did go under the water. She smiled as he was working on coming out of the water looking really great wet. “You know if you really wanted to go together you might have wanted to keep a hold of my hand to make sure I actually went. What you going to do about it?” She joked around.

[Snick]

"This." Jonathan reaches over and grabs her hand and pulls Arwen against his wet body and wraps his arms around her. Though his grip is firm he fully intends to let her go if she struggles. "Now that I have my arms around you Arwen, what do you intend to do about it?"

Looking down into her eyes Jonathan is very tempted to kiss her, but wanted to first see how she reacts to being in his arms.

Arwen had been shocked when Jonathan pulled on her hand and pulled her body up against his wet one. This was a really unique experience for her since only time even imagines it happening was while reading a book. Looking up into his eyes she knew her cheeks were read. “Well I am not sure what I should be doing when you do this. There so many things I can do.”

Arwen moved to lean her head against his chest wrapping her arms around his waist lightly knowing her body was not wet. It was the truth there were plenty of things they could do from this position. “Some point I have to get wet and this seems like the easiest way.”

Jonathan chuckles lightly. "It isn't really a matter of what you should to but more what you want to do."

Feeling her arms wrap around him, Jonathan smiled. The heat of her body was very pleasing to feel against his chest. Leaning down slightly he used one hand to turn her head slightly so he could look into her eyes again. "I am sure I can get you nice and wet, my dear Arwen."

As he was still feeling daring he lightly brushed his lips against hers, hoping she would respond in a most favorable fashion.

Arwen looked into his eyes again when he gently turned her head. It was easy to give a joking remark back about how she knew they would get wet, but the words never came out before she felt his lips brushed against hers.

'Okay girl you need to get you mind back on track. What if he is just using you and actually working with the people that kidnap your roommate? If you kiss him back you will just be opening to gate to allow yourself to be hurt.' She argued in her mind on what to do. Not knowing if the time would ever come again started to gently kiss back knowing that Jonathan would notice the inexperience.

"Yes we will get wet plenty tonight since not really planning on going back to lighthouse for while. My plan was to spend night with a certain boy." Arwen whispered knowing this what she wanted to do.

Jonathan doubted the obviously inexperienced Arwen even caught his true reference about her getting wet. When she started to respond to his kiss, shyly and hesitantly he grinned continued to kiss her. Still very soft and gentle but more than just a feather light brush upon her full lips. He moved his hand over her back and lightly cupped the back of her head, leaning more into the kiss.

Hearing her words about how she fully intends to spend the night with a certain boy Jonathan assumed she meant she fully intended to surrender herself to him. It was quite an exciting thought. But he definitely didn't intend to to be too easy and just as the kiss was getting quite heated he broken it gently and smiled at her.

"You are quite the wonder, dear Arwen," he says softly, brushing his thumb over her lips lightly. "However I think you need to get far more wet before we really have fun."

Arwen tensed as Jonathan moved his hand over her back before cupping her head. When planned to spend the night out here swimming with him none of this came to mind but it was great. She continued kissing him back until he pulled away wanting to remember everything that happened in detail tonight.

“Thank you Jonathan, people you know I not only just a bookworm if given the chance.” She felt him brush his thumb over her lips not realizing that they were thinking about two completely different things. Arwen had full intentions of swimming and getting to know him. He had other plans even if not completely open yet.

“Well we came out here to swim so might want to.” The girl smiled before pulling away from him and going under the water.

He watched as she dove into the water. Jonathan had a feeling she had no clue he hoped to do more than just swim with her tonight. That just made the game all the more fun. Normally he wasn't one to just go straight for sex but he certainly won't pass up an opportunity if she was willing. Sex on the beach can be quite fun, sex in the water, even more so.

With that arousing thought in his mind he dove into the water as well, surfacing to swim across the moon lit waves in powerful easy strokes. Being athletic and frequently working out his body was in good shape and he was a strong swimmer. He quickly passed Arwen where she surfaced and headed out for more deeper water. He was curious if she'll swim out into the deep or stay where her feet could still touch the bottom.

Arwen felt the water move when Jonathan had swam beside her heading farther into the water. She knew this would be great and might even see what he was doing tomorrow when the school went into town. If allowed she planned on staying at the school to do other things. She moved to stand up in the water to take a breath being about shoulder length into the water.

“So you are now trying to swim away.” She laughed. “I guess I will have to just go out there with you at moment. I not best swimmer though.”

Arwen moved to dive again and work on swimming out towards where he was. If it got difficult for her to swim she could always scream for help knowing she would get it.

"Don't worry Arwen, if you flounder I will swim to you and bring you back into shallow waters." Jonathan assures her, watching her swim towards him. He was deep enough to be over his head but treading water wasn't a problem for him.

Once she reached him he offered his rolled onto his back and floated, looking at her. "It is easy to float on one's back in the water, a great way to rest. If you need a rest. I just enjoy floating, looking up at the stars, let the worries of the world float away."

Arwen was relieved when she made it out to the water where he was at. If she would have screwed up their date most likely would be moved to nurse. “Thank you. I know that you can be trusted. If not I would have stayed back there where was at and safe.”

Jonathan made everything look like it was easy. If he could do it she much have be able to also. She moved to work on trying to roll onto back and float. “Well I am sure that I can work on trying to float. This way we can look at the stars now and then later on the beach.”

[Snick]

"It is easy to float on your back, just pretend you are lying down on your bed. Pretend the water is just as solid as your mattress." Jonathan suggested, looking over at her as he used his arms to keep from sinking now that his head was up. "Or, if you prefer, we can swim closer to shore so we can both stand on the bottom."

Arwen looked towards him as he was talking about the different ways to make sure that it was okay to float correctly. It was simpler to just try this and if it did not work out correctly she would go back towards the shore. “It okay we can work on trying to help me float. If not able to get it done I will swim back to the shore where able to then float. This way if can do it you don’t have to come close.”

"In that case, lets swim closer to shore. I do need to be able to stand on the bottom to give you the support so you can learn how to float on your back." Jonathan would have thought floating on her back would be one of the first things she would have learned when learning to swim. Unless she never took formal lessons. He was under the impression all kids took swimming lessons at some point but maybe that wasn't true for all families.

Turning in the water he started swimming back towards shore till he felt he was close enough to be able to stand on the bottom. He then turned and waited for Arwen, ready to swim out to her if she was having any trouble reaching him.

Arwen moved to swim back towards Jonathan when he got closer to the shore where he was able to stand. She did not have formal lessons but was taught by her nanny in a pool that was only 5 feet deep at the farthest end. If something happened all she had to do was stand up. Rebecca believed that best way to learn was to hold onto the side kicking your feet then when got that done turned and kicked while moving hands.

“Thank you, for helping me learn how to float properly. This must not be the way you wanted to spend the night out here swimming. Sorry.” It really was hard to tell if he was willing to actually teach her this. Arwen knew if wanted it to end she would leave and just remember the kiss as best part.

"Floating isn't too hard to learn and I don't mind teaching you. It will just make future swims all the better.' Jonathan assured her. Besides, it gave him more excuse to touch her and be close enough to kiss and do other things. "Lets move a little more closer to shore."

Once they were at a good depth he crouched so he could put his arms out from his shoulders and have them just level with the water surface. "Back up till your lower back is touching my arm then lean back. I will keep you from going under the water." Jonathan instructs her. He smiles reassuringly so she'll trust him. He doubted he would have any trouble supporting her weight especially with the natural buoyancy of the water to help.

Arwen relaxed when told that it he did not mind working on teaching her how to float. This was making swimming to turn out and being better than expected. She moved closer to the shore like he said and was relieved with her feet were able to reach the ground. Jonathan seemed like a person that could be trusted at least for the night not knowing what was going through boys mind. “Okay I can do this and then once get it down can always go out to the deeper in to float.”

She moved too slowly back up so that it seemed if standing next to him. The girl started to work on laying backwards so that her back was resting completely against his arms. “Like this.”

"Perfect, now relax, lean your head back into the water and keep your hips up." Jonathan guides. He waits still she is floating properly before he slowly moves his arms away from her body, letting the water supper Arwen's weight. "You are doing great."

He leans down and gives her another kiss as she floats on the water.

Arwen listen to everything that Jonathan was saying on how to float. She really was able to do it correctly now and he was teaching her. The balance quit working thought when the kiss had come down because she not expected it. “Thank you for everything. I mean this is one of the best days I have had at this school since started.”
Arwen moved to work on kissing him back though after having taken a breath.

So responsive to his kissing, Jonathan smiled. He moved his arms around her once more, pulling her up from the water so she's standing once more and he kisses her more hungrily. After a few moments he breaks the kiss to look into her eyes.

"Wet enough?" He asks, giving a lopsided grin at the double meaning. "I am thinking lying on magically warmed blankets with you pressed against me as we kiss some more to be a very good move. Do you agree?"

Arwen looked into his eyes thinking about everything that was going on. She was not sure if she really was wet enough from the swimming but thought the kissing was better. Leaning forward their lips met again gently she not as brave to be as forceful as him.

“Sure I am wet enough. Let’s go up to the blankets and lay there. I believed that kissing you there could be a really great move. Then we could talk some more about everything.” She moved to walk out the water grabbing her towel to wipe face.

[Snick]

Jonathan walks with Arwen back to the blankets and uses his wand to heat them up. He then quickly dries himself with his towel then lays it down again. He turns to Arwen and smiles.

"I like your gentle kissing, you do it quite well." He complements her then kneels down on his towel, one hand reaching up and caressing Arwen's leg as a way to encourage her to join him. "Hopefully you will let me enjoy kissing you some more."

Arwen felt Jonathan rubbing her leg and really was shocked. She did not really understand the things he was doing but wanted to learn everything. “Well I am glad that you like my gentle kissing. It is the first time that I ever did this.”

The girl moved to slip down onto the blanket. Once on the ground her lips moved to meet Jonathan’s lips again. Arwen wanted this to be one of the best days of her life. “Well I enjoy you kissing me. If did not then I would have left long time ago.”

"For a first timer you kiss quite well." Jonathan complimented. He had far worse kisses from virgins. At least she wasn't slobbering over her like the first girl who ever kissed him. She didn't' like it when he told her she kissed like his friend's bulldog. Not his most tactful moment but then again he was about 13 at the time. He's learn far more tact since.

Having her so eagerly come to him for more kisses, Jonathan smiled. Oh he was quite certain this will be a night to remember. "I am certainly glad you are enjoying my kisses, I intend to give you many more." That said, he reached up and snaked his arm around the back of her head so he can pull her down into a far more passionate kiss. He even parted his lips slightly and licked her lips with the tip of his tongue.

Arwen blushed as she had heard him saying that she was really good kisser for the first time. He seemed to have enough experience to know the truth about whether someone was able kiss or not. The good part was that she did not mind learning everything from him.

Feeling his hands reached up to her head made everything seem to get better. This would be one of the best nights of her life but knew that she was not ready to go completely all the way. Arwen used her hands to slowly wrap her arms around his neck to pull closer also and make it even more passionate. Slowly she moved to open her mouth having felt his tongue to allow it admittance. When tired of breathing she moved back to get airs. “Thank you.”

With her willingness to accept his tongue into her mouth Jonathan spent a few minutes exploring her mouth with his tongue. Eventually they both broke the kiss for some air.

"You are most welcome," Jonathan says, looking at her lustfully. He ran his hand over her shoulder and down her arm. "There are many things I would like to do with you tonight, Arwen. All I need is your permission and this night will be filled with fireworks."

Arwen laid on the blanket looking at him thinking about everything he was saying. The look in his eyes showed that he really was ready to go all the way along with his talking. “I would love for you to make my night better; however Jonathan it is not the right time for me to do this. Maybe once we get to know each other even more you can fill my night with fireworks.”

She moved to push away from him and work on sitting up. They were already getting too far in that by staying in his arms might cause her to go over the edge. “Today was the first night I ever kissed anyone. It is really the man reasons that not ready. Hope that you understand and still want to talk with me.”

Jonathan smirks and lies onto his back, hands behind his head. He turns his head slightly so he can still look at her. "Are you sure that is where you wish to end things tonight, Arwen? Here we are, on the beach, on a Friday night. Half the student body is sick with that uncommon cold virus, or hiding, afraid to get sick. We are two healthy young people, we can have a wonderful night together unlike any other you had."

"Life is too short to wait for the storybook knight in shinning armor to sweep you away. We have to enjoy life in the moment, there is no telling what can happen tomorrow." Jonathan knew very intimately how quickly things can go from surprisingly pleasurable to nearly the worse possible situation. He cared for very few people and his cousin Rachel was one of them. Her comatose state was worrisome and he still had no clue how to reverse it. One thing Jonathan knew, he wanted to bed Arwen, he could use that bliss, even if transient. "Look what happened with the O'Brien girl...what if she never made it back?"

"Arwen, you are a beautiful witch, you shouldn't deny yourself a good time." He coaxed gently. Sitting up quickly he reached up and stroke her face. "Lie down next to me, we can explore each other leisurely...I won't go any further than you want me to go but don't bulk at a simple kiss. Pleasure can come in many forms and this one is the most healthiest and natural forms of pleasure any of us can have."

Arwen listen to everything that Jonathan was saying about how life was too short. Everyone always wanted that knight and shining armor and that at some point that person was sure to come. She moved to work on slowly sitting back down onto the blanket looking up at the sky wondering what would happen. “Well truth I don’t want this night to end early with up upset at each other because I upset you. We are two healthy people but how are we do know it will stay that way. You are right life is really two short but if live in enjoyment it could be ended early.”

She slowly moved over and kissed his lips gently moving her hand up to touch his that was on her face. “I don’t know what would have happen if she never made it back. Siobhan did though make it back and is doing decent. We can lay here kissing each other and if want to had in moving our hand on each other body with the clothes on most likely can handle that.” Arwen looked into his eyes. “I not ready to sleep with you though.”

"There are many kinds of enjoyment, some most certainly can lead to an early end. What I have in mind, it would never result in a short life. If it did, well, what a way to go." Jonathan laughed lightly. Dying in coitus certainly was't a bad way to die. Better than burning up in flames or languishing in a coma for months or years. He pushed that thought away. Why was he getting morbid? Her kiss did wonders to draw his mind away from his dark thoughts.

"I agree, kissing and hand wandering is a good way to enjoy the night." Jonathan would take what he can get. Given the fact all Arwen was wearing was a bikini and he his swim trucks, that certainly left plenty of flesh to explore. Not to mention it wouldn't take much to get around her bikini to touch her sweet spot. He ran a hand over her back and trailed his fingers down her spin, his other hand moved to the back of her neck so he can pull her down into a passionate kiss.

Arwen laid there in his arms thinking about if she was really doing the right thing. It was not the right things to be doing, but laying here and kissing felt as if it was best at time. She gasped as Jonathan moved his hands down her spine. There has been a strange feeling that made it harder to fight everything that he was going.

She then moved her hands over his chest as she kissed his lips. “Thank you for just laying here and kissing. This could be a fun way to end life; however it is not the way wants to end it and if this is how it goes she would have been grateful. If allowed most likely could spend the whole nice out here kissing you.”

[Snick]

Jonathan gives a soft moan as she runs her hand over his chest. "I don't want my life to end any time soon but if I had the choice, dying in the arms of a beautiful woman or better yet, making love to her, would be a most pleasant way to die."

He was so tempted to pull her down on top of him and kiss her with all the passion he could put into a kiss. Given her inexperience however he was certain that would spook her way too much. Instead he kissed her gently, lifting himself up just enough to do so without having to pull her down too much.

"You have nothing to be afraid of, Arwen." He assured her gently, breathing heavily from kissing and his mounting desire.

Arwen laid there on the ground with him continuing to run her hands over his chest. The kisses seem to all be gentle now which made everything easier. The more passionate that the kisses had become the more likely that they would do something they regretted later. “Well it nice that you are so willing to have me as the last person you were to see before dying.

She had moved to get even more comfortable when it seemed as if the night was going to come to the end. Jonathan it seemed to have backed up enough that they were not touching when the beach stared to disappear. “Bye” Arwen states knowing what was happening because it was same type feeling when the lighthouse chose her to join as keeper. She ended back at the lighthouse holding her shirt.

Jonathan smiled, his hand already moving to undo the tie of her bikini top when a light flashed out of the dark and illuminated her. Startled, thinking it was some faculty member who managed to sneak up and catch them making out, Jonathan moves his hands away from her. He would have jumped back but being on the ground he couldn't really do that.

Arwen managed to give out a 'bye' before the light enveloped her and she vanished. As did the light, leaving Jonathan blinking frantically to get the spots out of his eyes.

"Shit, horsefeathers." He cursed. Apparently the Lighthouse didn't like the idea of him getting past third base with one of it's keepers. Lying back on the ground he sighed. So much for distraction.

A few minutes later he sits up and grabs the towels. He can always give Arwen back her towel next time he saw her. He redressed after using his wand to dry his swimtrunks and headed back to the school. His fun was ruined for the night so he might as well head to bed.
